Following on from looking at Rob and Nick Carter's work I played around with describing moments along The Line with simple linear expressions in water colour (actually, tombo pen with water).
Above - from left to right - Primrose Hill - Regents Park - Piccadilly Circus - Horse Guards.
Exploring the 'pressure' at different location. The top sketch is Primrose Hill - horizontal pressure of the sky and foreground. The bottom sketch is Piccadilly Circus - multi-faceted 4D pressure created by traffic, people and proximity to buildings.
