just a couple of thoughts, firstly is any space dead?, surely this is just a time, season based concept and your scheme has to 24hr/365d/years.... of spatial thought. secondly how are you approaching landmarking and narrative?, the great thing about a promenade is destination and orientation and the shadows the sun casts and the movement that the wind produces heavily influence use, great use of issuu
